In this post I’d like to talk about some basic props I use that are suitable for most sessions.
First, when I use the word props, I specifically mean anything that is in addition to a natural background. I typically use simple props to jazz up a pose or a session.
Here are two examples of the props I might incorporate to give it that little something extra:
Cake Smash
Cake Smash supplies are very minimal but have such a dramatic effect when set up in such a beautiful spot. Let’s not forget to mention this little four year old would look adorable regardless of the props!
Maternity
Maternity session, posed on a public front porch step of a local art center. Flower crown ordered the day before from a local, independent florist. She donated this crown to me to support another local business. Doesn’t it add the best touch to go along with this gleaming, glowing, gorgeous Momma-to-be?!
